The Jospong Academy partners with academic institutions to drive the Jospong Group’s employee capacity building interventions. Since 2016, the Learning and Development Unit which has metamorphosed into the Jospong Academy, has partnered with four major institutions and has also had dealings with Ashesi University and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
