As part of our dedication to customer satisfaction, the Jospong Group has dedicated the remaining half of the year 2015 to “The customer”, under the Theme – “The Customer is SUPREME”. It is in this vein that the Group has rolled out comprehensive customer centered training programs for selected persons from each of  the Groups subsidiaries with the aim of  instilling and inculcating customer care values into the very fabric of each subsidiaries operations

The training was held at the Mensvic Hotel in Accra Ghana. It was aimed at providing quality service and care to our internal and external customers. Some of the topics discussed were “Effective Customer Service and Customer Care”, “Communications and Listening Skills”, “Professional Appearance, Attitude and Good Grooming” and “Dealing with Difficult Customers Managing Complaints”. 

The Executive Chairman of the Jospong Group, Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, said in his remarks that while a variety of elements go into creating a successful business, customer service is center-stage. Every interaction the company has with a customer (or potential customer) can affect the business’ bottom line. 

Often, customer service is what separates companies that thrive from those that fail. This is why itwe at the Jospong Group find it imperative that we invest in quality customer service training programs such as this.

The Zoomlion and Jospong Groups are customer focused and customer centered entities. The Groups have thrived on to success and expanded their tentacles throughout Ghana and beyond even in challenging times. These achievements are the result of excellent customer care practices and a personal touch that our well trained staff extends to our clientele.
